Requirements for Eligibility:
Candidates must satisfy all the educational and age criteria as given in the notification and stated below:
Educational Qualification:
The candidate must be a law graduate having an LL.B. degree from a recognised university. In addition to it they must have the qualifications that are required for enrollment as an advocate
Age Limit:
The minimum age of the applicants should not be less than 21 years. The maximum age of the candidate varies by the category he/she falls in – as for UR males the maximum age limit is 37 years while for BC/EBC males and females along with UR Female the age of the applicants should not be older than 40 years. In addition to it the maximum Age of the SC/ST male and female candidates is 42 years. Candidates should know that age relaxation is provided to Bihar government employees for 5 years up to 5 attempts and to PwD candidates for 10 years’ relaxation.
